My interest in photography stems from my childhood. It seems I've always had a camera by my side. It wasn't until 2005 that I decided to become serious about my photography and pursue it professionally.

Currently, my professional interest is in portraiture, specializing in High School Senior portraiture, both in studio and on location. I also do other types of portraiture as well.

For fun, I love to shoot birds. Living in Florida provides me a year-round opportunity to shoot birds in relative comfort. I'm very blessed to have the local areas at my doorstep!

Lately, I've begun to explore landscape photography. One of my dreams was recently realized by a trip to the Canadian Rockies during the peak of Fall colors. It was breathtaking to say the least.

I also enjoy photographing flowers. Though technically not macros, per se, I enjoy showcasing the delicate beauty of flowers of all types and colors. I hope to expand this area more with the investment of a dedicated macro lens. I'm currently using extension tubes which seem to work well.
